Warkworth A&P
Thank you to everyone who visited us at the Warkworth A&P Lifestyle Show last weekend, it was a great community event to be involved in.
We loved showcasing our most popular home designs and talking to families about what an awesome place this is to live.
Not surprisingly the most popular home design on the day was our Milford 190, which is the Stroud Homes number one home for families!
Our Build Program at Mahurangi Heights has started
You may have seen on our social media recently that we have started our build program at Mahurangi Heights where we’re set to bring a number of new homes to life for our fantastic customers.
If you’re not familiar with Mahurangi Heights it’s a vibrant community with excellent amenities and we still have a number of House and Land packages available.
These packages offer great value for money and are an excellent way to get into a new home in a desirable location.

After a number of cancellations the Auckland Show Home is finally set to go ahead.
The show will be on from 26 – 29 April 2023 and we will be there for all four days. It provides an excellent opportunity to view our home designs and we can’t wait to talk to people about building new homes.
