Septic tanks & water systems
One of the many choices you may be faced with when building is connecting to sewer lines or adding a septic tank to remove waste from your home, and installing water tanks and pumps to bring the water to the house.
Your home builder will also have map out soak pits for storm water, surveys of the site and geo for the ground whether the site needs full earth taken out and better earth bought in for building on.
