What are inclusions?
When building, what’s referred to as inclusions are everything that makes a house a home.
These items include ceiling height, insulation, light fittings, floor coverings and window furnishings, and mailboxes to mention just a few.
Stroud Homes is constantly working on bringing more value to customers through their home inclusions and are finding ways to upgrade the fully loaded inclusions package to provide clients a turnkey home, superior to others.

What are the benefits of having pre-priced inclusions?
By having pre-priced inclusions we can be competently transparent with customers on what an item will cost.
For clients this is great as it means they can create a budget and stick to it – no nasty surprises in the end.

Stroud’s inclusions are of a higher quality than other builders, can you give me an example?
Most builders start on the lower end of the inclusions with laminate bench tops, acrylic showers etc. They work their way up to higher quality inclusions so that you are playing the ‘plus plus game’ and end up paying more than the initial price.
But not with Stroud Homes. Stroud Homes start at the top of your budget and work down to it instead.
We take pride in being transparent when it comes to price and quality, and will let customers know what they have to pay extra for and not.
What room do people like to splash out on with your premium upgrades?
In general, people like to add a little extra luxury in the bathroom and kitchens.
These are also the rooms people consider the most for resell value so it make sense to splurge.
