We outline these inclusions from our very first conversation. We explain to you what our standard items are and show you in a brochure that you can take away and review at your own convenience.
As these items form a basis across all of our quotes, whether you decide to go with one of our standard house plans or you choose to design a custom plan (or even bring your own plan along), you will be quoted on our Fully Loaded Inclusions.
