Builder Michael Rabey only just came aboard Stroud Homes in Auckland’s north in early 2019 and what a great year it’s been since!
He describes it as “new, exciting and busy” and when asked about the highlights of 2019.
Michael said opening the new display centre and making his first sale were big milestones for him.
New Display Centre
The all new Auckland North Display Centre opened up on August 8, 2019 in Warkworth, featuring a display kitchen, the fully loaded inclusions, floor selection and a colour selection room.
Michael says visiting the display will give people the opportunity to get a look and feel for what it can be like building a home with Stroud Homes.
With Stroud Homes still being relatively new house builder in New Zealand, Michael says it’s important to be able to show clients what their homes can look like as a finished product.
Clients will also be able to flick through the large selections of house plans that are already known and loved by so many clients in Australia.
Looking forward
One of the goals Michael is setting for himself and the company in 2020 is getting the Stroud Homes name in front of more people wanting to build a new home.
“I want to give people a real, positive, smart builder to engage with who brings a real point of difference to the market and is an honest alternative to the rest,” says Michael.
In line with that goal, in February/March next year, Stroud Homes Auckland North will become a build partner in Milldale, one of the most desirable, growing suburbs in the region.
“We’re very excited to start selling and building homes in Milldale,” says Michael about the new partnership
This year, the most popular suburbs to builds new homes in was Snells Beach, Matakana, Milldale, Mangawhai and Warkworth, which will still be attractive places for new home builds in the new year according to Michael.
