All the hard work has been done drawing new plans to go on this site with our modified Tasman design which fits the site perfectly. This plan takes maximum advantage of the rural views to the South leaving ample space for a new driveway and off-street parking out front and a near level yard on the side for kids to play. Further work could be done retaining part of the section along the back and with some earthworks this could create an even bigger level lawn area.
