Selection Studio
With the opening of the Design Office here at Stroud Homes Bay of Plenty just around the corner, we thought we would give you an insight into what to expect inside the studio.
Unlike other building companies who have a show home, here at Stroud Homes we begin with operating out of a design office or ‘display centre’.
Here at the design office we offer a one stop service for your design and selections process.

Why is it called a design office?
The title “Design Office” describes our offices in the best way, as it is exactly that. It is a central place where the Stroud Homes Bay of Plenty team works out of.
You will find the director/owners, Salespeople, Estimators, Contract Admin and Project Managers working together.
The directors are very involved in each project from start to finish and take a personal connection to delivering a quality home.
Here in the design office you will not only find the team hard at work but you will also find many of our standard home plans on display with brochures for you to take away.
This is along with a complete display kitchen showcasing products from our Fully Loaded Inclusions, so you will see exactly what you would get in your completed home. We also have a selection studio inside.
What is a Selection Studio?
Our Selection Studio is a space inside our Display office where you can come and see all the different products and colours available for the items that will complete your new home.
The purpose of the Selection Studio is to have you come and sit down with us to complete your selections in one sitting, in one place.
This will take the process away from choosing items out of a catalogue or the internet along with not having to visit each individual supplier to make selections.
Also, it is here you can go through the selections to upgrade specific items as you feel may suit your design.

Design Office versus Show Home
Unlike a Show Home where you can walk through a certain builder’s design and get a feel for the house and how it works, but are limited to that design and colour palate, here at the display office we showcase multiple floor plan designs on the walls and brochures to take away with you.
Along with the many products available in many different colours, you also get to see and feel the product and appreciate how it looks in natural light.
Also, in the Display office you have access to ask questions to all the members of the Stroud Homes team.
Stroud Homes Bay of Plenty is eagerly completing the fit out of the Display office to a quality that they expect each project to be completed to.
With opening of the Display Office only weeks away, keep an eye out for the opening day and make sure you call in and take look around.
