A site evaluation gives you the key information needed to understand exactly what sort of home you can build on your land and what level of site works are required e.g. how much soil will have to be moved, the amount of slope of the section, if retaining will be required, and what’s achievable in terms of our home designs and other dwellings, such as granny flats, garages or sheds.
Getting this key information about your land can potentially save you thousands in site costs and will give you a realistic idea of the end result – your dream home.

Building on lifestyle sections and farmland
We build on lifestyle sections and farmland that have services available and on sections that have neither town sewer or wastewater treatment.
When completing a personalised quote, your Sales Consultant includes the cost of any necessary services so you have peace of mind that you are getting a complete home.
If your section does not have town water or sewerage a wastewater treatment system will be included in your quote and where no town water is available, water tanks are included in your quote.
