Who to talk to about modifying the plan?
If you want to make changes to the design, it’s best to get in touch with the sales team as soon as possible.

Together with you, Fleur and the team will work closely with the architect/designer to achieve a design that fits within your criteria including budget, land and family.
Will you let me know if the changes negatively impact the overall design?
Yes, of course. Not only will our team advise if a requested change will alter the design negatively, we will also provide other possible solutions.
If I make changes to the design, will it affect the cost?
Not always, it depends of the magnitude of the changes. For example, a change that increases the overall size of the house, will generally incur costs as there are extra materials, labour etc.
If these costs are a direct reflection of the change, we do not charge extra just because it is different.
Our team will always inform clients ahead of time if there will be a price increase to avoid any nasty surprises.
How much should I take re-sale into consideration?
This will all be discussed prior to making any changes. We want our clients to be fully aware of any implications the modification can create.
Resale should always be in the back of your mind when making changes. You should try to avoid making the home so customised to your needs that a potential buyer may need to alter the home features.
What is one common change people like to make?
A lot of our customers in and around Queenstown Lakes/ Central Otago are requesting heating and cooling alternatives.
Some clients have also opted for a fireplace – which is quite common in New Zealand.
