Shane brings Stroud Homes’ award-winning house plans to the northern coast of New Zealand’s North Island. Together with his wife Lisa, Shane specialises in building family-orientated homes that stand the test of time.
Shane has over 16 years of experience in the building industry. He has worked on residential buildings in both Australia and New Zealand.
Shane’s wide-ranging skillset includes both being on the tools and in the office. He enjoys building different architectural styled homes and calls himself a perfectionist.

“I like the challenge of building something more architecturally demanding than your standard family home,” says Shane.
“I know how I want the finished product to look and won’t stop working until I reach that result.”
