These premium upgrades give customers the freedom to spend a little extra on items that bring an added sense of luxury to their new home.
Where & what to ‘upgrade’?
Kitchens, wet areas, and ceiling heights are commonly chosen as upgraded points of the house. Some other popular upgrades are stone bench thickness and cabinetry changes, free standing baths, floor to ceiling tiles and bath upgrades, and well as outdoor kitchens and fire pits.
Cabinetry upgrades to 2Pac finish, or a particular style of Hamptons cabinetry and finishes, are increasingly popular too.
Elevate your living spaces with lighting enhancements . Consider installing skylights and choosing electrical enhancements like pendant lights and smart home features. And as a country often blessed with blue skies, open plan living and entertainment areas that flow to the outdoors are sought by many Stroud customers.

When going through the quoting process for your new home, you are always asked by our Stroud Homes team if there are any premium upgrades you would like to include in your build.

If you’re still unsure, your colour consultation with our Stroud colour specialist is another great opportunity to bounce around different ideas for your home. This consultation occurs right before the final contract is provided.
